I offer in-person sessions or online sessions in lovely rooms in Basingstoke and also Alresford in Hampshire. 

If you would prefer to work online this is also a good option, as it involves no travel time and I have more flexibility on sessions, if you have access to good wifi and a confidential space. 

Sessions last for 50 minutes. I usually recommend weekly sessions, especially initially but this can be agreed between us. 

I work with adult individuals, not couples or families, and I work with young people aged 12 and upwards.
